Here is an example of the installation of the "Hybrid Actuator." The parallel link motion base has six axes arranged in parallel, resulting in very high rigidity. This mechanism can perform six motions simultaneously, and its structure is extremely simple, allowing for weight reduction. By using a "Hybrid Actuator" in the parallel link motion base, it is possible to eliminate piping work while still being hydraulically driven, making it an ideal machine tool that requires almost no assembly or adjustment processes. Currently, the parallel link mechanism that has been announced requires a total of 12 pivot points, but our company has developed a mechanism that reduces the number of pivot points to six, significantly improving the accuracy of table posture control.
